We'll Figure It Out | A Men's Plant Medicine Retreat

Nobody here has it all figured out, not the men who come and not the ones holding the space. That’s the point.

We’ll Figure It Out is a week in Peru’s Sacred Valley for men who are tired of keeping it together and ready to do real inner work, side by side. We sit in ceremony with ayahuasca, huachuma, bufo and kambo, move and breathe together each morning, walk the mountains, and share our stories around the fire. Every medicine is an invitation, never a requirement.

The medicine opens something up. The three months after, back home with your people and your old patterns, is where it either sticks or slips. So you’re supported before and after, with two one-on-one preparation calls and three integration sessions.

You’ve been keeping it together for a long time, and you’re tired.
You’ve got people around you, and still nobody you’d bring the real stuff to.

You’re curious about plant medicine and want to meet it somewhere safe and held, even if it’s your first time.

The men beside you are part of the medicine
The plants open things up. The men who see you, hear your story and walk the trail with you are what make it land. We sit in the circle, not in front of it. We’re all students and all teachers. If you sit a medicine out, you’re still in the circle and still part of the work.

Safety and care
We take the medicine seriously, and we take you seriously. Before you come there’s a medical and personal intake form, reviewed by Michael and Sami, who have run the center’s process for ten years, then a one-on-one call where we go through it together. We ask about every medication and supplement, including antibiotics. Ayahuasca is served by Robert, a Shipibo maestro, with experienced medicine support beside him, and at least one facilitator stays clear of the medicine every ceremony night. Someone is always awake and with you, and Sami, who lives on site, is ready to drive to the nearest clinic on any ceremony night.

Why “We’ll Figure It Out”
The name came to Caleb at a Halloween party, of all places. In a quiet moment with friends, he caught himself asking the question anyone who leads this kind of work should ask: who am I to hold this? What came back wasn’t doubt. It was something truer. Nobody who does this work for real has it all figured out, and the ones who say they do are the ones to watch. He pictured a man walking in nervous, not sure what he’d gotten himself into, and heard himself say it: “We’ll figure it out.”

That’s the promise. Honest, side by side, together.
